Rivers of oil, rivers people should hold the FG responsible, they should control their oil resources themselves, they should shared 40% of oil revenue directly to the account of indigenes of each oil producing state.
The northern farmers control their resources and the revenue enter their purse directly, the farm produce are not distributed free to nigerians, we paid for it.
