My brother, we no fit catch up oo. Even if we borrow Usain bolt legs, with this crop of thieves we have as leaders it is impossible to catch up, except God grants us a fresh breed of responsible leaders.

I get your point, but that is a different discussion altogether from what you pointed out in your earlier post. You made it look like only backward or uncivilized countries practice monarchy and elected democracy/ federal system of government together, I was only trying to put that fact straight as not true.
