The two problem confronting the whole North(NW and NE) is religion and illiteracy. They're too fanatical and extreme in practice of Islam which gave room to why education is not really valued in both regions. Imagine where 95% of Northern indigenes are illiterates who can't understand common basic English except Hausa/Fulani. Yorubas that are Muslims were lucky to escape this anomaly because they're liberal and not fanatical compared to core North. North has a very long way to go and no amount of years being in power can change that unless tackling the issue from within.

Innoson is only an assembling plant as they don't even produce or manufacture ordinary car plug.
