South west universities have made more Nigerians than any other universities in Nigeria, The largest churches in the world from redeem Christian Church of God to Winners Chapel are founded by Yoruba's. Go to redemption camp and see what a Yoruba man built and the community that works with good roads and stable electricity. Yoruba top pastors have a combined congregation of over 2 billion globally and the number is growing. Yoruba Muslims are also one of the must successful group of Muslims in west Africa influencing the political climate of the region. Yorubas have Fela, wole soyinka and Harry Akande who happened to once be the richest black man in Africa....we have our issues as an ethnic group but remove Yoruba's from Nigeria and you'd feel the effect.
