I know someone who was denied for number 3 and he appealed for number 3, when the decision came out after appeal he was denied for number 8 again, going through his document from the school he realised the extension date the school gave him has elapsed.

I have responded to this b4. When u appeal, your appeal should only be based on the reason why u were denied initially.

For example in ur initial application, if you were denied on basis of financial reasons (number 3 ) , your appeal should only be based on addressing number 3. Once u resolve that number 3, embassy will reverse their decision and give u the visa, if u do not resolve number 3 in ur appeal embassy will retain their initial decision. In appeal they will not give you a new denial reason. They either keep the decision they made initially or reverse it if u have solved it.

This situation is a bit different Bc the applicant resolved the initial decision but upon embassy trying to issue him the visa they noticed that if they should grant him the visa he no longer has valid grounds for entry into Poland because school has resumed and no valid letter to extend resumption . So there is no legal basis for entry into Poland any longer so the embassy could not issue a visa in this case.

So let me put it this way..... once u resolve the reason u were denied initially, upon appeal the embassy will issue the visa as long as the issue date of the visa is not after your resumption date in your admission/acceptance documents unless u have a valid extension letter in place that shows that you still have legal grounds of entry into Poland.

I want to inquire more on this issue, i submitted my application and my documents at the embassy on 14th September and the collection will be on the 13th October. My fear is that the resumption deadline of october 8th is stated on my offer of acceptance from the school and failure to meet up will lead to removal from the list of eligible students. I sent a mail to inform the admission office of the delay in getting the appointment date for visa application at the embassy and they replied that i can appeal the decision of the removal within 14 days after removal. i want to ask if this will not affect my visa approval, do i stand a chance?

I don't have any personal experience, but from my research, you don't need a transit visa.

According to the UK Gov, you are exempted if
"you have a uniform format category D visa for entry to a country in the EEA or Switzerland"

Hence the Polish visa is a National D visa, you don't need a UK transit visa.

You can confirm this on gov dot uk.

I successfully paid my tuition fee of €2200 with TransferWise and the school has confirmed it.

There are other options like Form A, Euro Domiciliary account, Proxy payment etc

Use what works for you at your own risk.

How long till the school sent you confirmation?

I used my Payoneer account to fund Transferwise and then transferred it to the school. You can use agent which are expensive or get a dollar card to fund transferwise & pay the school

TransferWise will tell you once the money is completely sent.
Download the payment receipt and send to the school. Confirmation shouldn't take much time.

Note: transfers made on Friday will take longer to be sent (until the next Monday).

No, it wouldn't affect. My passport was with the embassy on the day I put as my departure date. My visa was already even counting.
So long as your resumption date is valid, you have nothing to fear

Number 3 is for finance and has nothing to do with your accommodation

Even when offered a scholarship. You still need to provide tangible financial documents when applying and a Payslip of 240,000k is not sufficient
