Please help! I am trying to understand the PNP route and have the following questions:
1) Must one have a minimum of 67 points to be able to apply through the PNP route or that is for EE only?
2) Does having two master’s degrees increase your score? I read that having a master’s degree can give you up to 21 points.

Thank you.

honestly, i've moved from learning one thing to another. The only thing left for me right now is to get my HR certification which i'm waiting to do when we arrive. We will survive eventually and all this will be a distant memory.

Please what are skills/certifications one can take while waiting. I’m always overwhelmed by the information on here, would appreciate if someone can do a quick breakdown of the most popular or useful ones for Canadian job market. Thank you

I think there is a General (FSW) today. Someone on a thread in Kubeir with CRS 477 reported a message (to check his portal) from IRCC but then the portal is down and the person cannot log in to check the message.

Interesting! They shouldn’t have done PNP last then.

I got a message too, I've been trying to log in all day but no success. They were doing a system maintenance but that should be over by now. I doubt it's a FSW draw tho but I'm curious

Please calmly read and digest page 1.

EE has 3 streams EE-FSW, EE-FST, EE-CEC.

EE-PNP may be considered to be a subset of EE-FSW, so the 67 eligibility points applies to EE-FSW (and EE-PNP by extension)....as I understand it. For EE you need to create an express entry profile...I'm not sure the system will let you create a profile with less than 67 eligibility points.

For EE-PNP read this post and the PNP thread (link is also on page 1). There are also other PNP schemes that are not related to EE. https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/692#105689364

Regarding Masters - again please see page 1, the only thing better than one Masters in an EE world is a PhD.

Many people have been reporting ghost updates since yesterday. Some say it may be a glitch in the system.

Gurus, I need your help, please. As the senior manager of a small business that I own, should I choose NOC 0013 or I should choose another below that - something like administrative manager, considering I also do the duties listed in the stated NOC?

Good afternoon my people

I am currently waiting for PPR, AOR Jan 2021 but I have decided to go for my masters while I wait.

1. Currently in Us on visit and secured admission for mba but it takes 5 months appx for change of visa to students visa in USA and the program is for 2 years

2. Got an admission in the Uk too which is for a year.

My question is does Canada value Uk admission more than us? Because for the us, if I start my change in status to student now , it takes app 5 months before i can now proceed to the 2year mba program ? Won’t I have gotten ppr before all this ends like this?

usa is better in my opinion, get your ppr go to the usa/Canada border do flag-polling. Return back to usa. In the 5 years after you get pr you only need to stay 2 years to renew pr or 3 years in 5 years to get citizenship. After the mba you may not even need to go to Canada as you may get a juicy offer. In uk they dont care about you after graduation grin

For Proof of funds, in addition to the bank letter, please do we need to submit 6 months of bank statements?

they asked for 6 months average balance, but most Nigerian banks wont state it hence people use 6 months banks statement. If you are using gift deed or money from sale of an asset 6 months bank statement is not required.

Please does anyone have medicals slot for October 2021 they won't be using anymore to give up, preferably for Lagos but Abuja will do as well.
