I was at a meeting few days ago, and I saw a masked man as part of security carrying a rifle very similar to this, with a scope. on His black polo was a logo with SIS written on it. Please do you know who they are?

Of all, I'm happy about the Pumas, in the early days of the war they were overflogged. We need a squadron of medium lift helos honestly

You're right. I just dug it up now.

Why i was surprised was because he did not carry their regular Tavor rifle. But he had a rifle with scope, similar to airforce. I just found that now too, that the logo i saw is very similar to the DSS logo

This brings an end to the debate whether or not NAF was satisfied with the jf-17
But seeing the term " balance payment" I hope it is not in reference to completing the payment for the earlier deliveries?

I feel they are special forces but i don't know their unit and arm of service.

This budget doesn't include the 2x OPV which the Navy has already received approval to purchase.

You are right, however from the budget of last year, 3 x JF-17 was new.

I think this is an ongoing, fresh purchase.

Im pretty sure it's payment just for the 3 JF-17 NAF already bought..... There would have been an announcement either from NAF and definitely from the manufacturer if it is indeed a purchase for additional JF17

Yes so anything in 2022 budget is routine steady capital expenditure or support activities for the supplementary budget projects.

185milliin paid off more than18months ago. Nigeria even paid for their asselpods differently with different Budget Item Project No.
