Look towards Xiaomi product. Find the ones within your budget and ask people that use them for reviews.

oneplus is your best bet..... Go for oneplus 6 it has snapdragon 845 Chipset and of you can bargain very well you can even get the 8gb 128gb version for around your budget or a little higher

Go for the Vivo Y12s and leave Redmi alone with their unstable MIUI software. Always having one issues or the other. If not I would have recommended Redmi for you.
