According to what my dad told me about Dele Giwa,he was killed because he has some secret information about the people in power by that time and he was making threats of releasing those informations,his wife senator Florence Ita Giwa was somehow used to track him down few days to their wedding but she wasn't aware as she unknowingly gave informations out as to where her to be husband was at the moment they were looking for him,he was tracked down and a parcel which contain some explosives were handed over to him and that was how he was killed.I won't want to talk about how Florence later danced to the tune of those that killed her to be husband to get fame and power,it is story for another day. |
