Literally any supermarket or hardware store. Heck you can get on jumia or konga or any other online store.

Most stores take a while to deliver... I'm just looking for somewhere close to me where I can get it lipsrsealed

Go to any ShopRite or spa supermarket around you and check their stationery section, you might be lucky.

If you were in Lagos, I would have suggested you go to Tejuosho bookshop. You'll get any object you want there.

If you decide to buy it on Jiji then you can select the state you're in, the local government and search, if it's available around you, you'll know and it'll be easier.
