Does that change the fact that he's still part of this government of failure? If he mean well for Nigeria he should have resign to clear his name.

Nah. His current position is a source of strength for him. Who knows, he may still emerge president before the election one way or the other.

I never said that. But the closest person to replacing Buhari now is Osinbajo.

There is no sense in this.

Osinbajo is the only VP for the first time in our history that Nigerians would be asking begging to contest for President. That means something.
Nigerians from every nook and cranny of the country.

You mean the vice president?

I doubt that.

Lol.

That man is probably the smartest politician in Nigeria today.

Surviving in the midst of rabid dogs from the North is a skill most don't possess.

A headlong confrontation would never have served him. If he did that they would have eased him out or killed him.

If the 2023 race were to be between him and Tinubu who do you think the North would vote for?

His seeming weakness is a ruse. See what he did when he was acting president.

If not that I'm done with Nigeria, I would have campaigned for him everywhere I went to. But I want Yoruba nation and nothing more.
You are so right bro, they could have killed him, they even attempted to and he was saved from a helicopter crash. For tinubu that guys just greedy. I rather vote Osinbajo than that guy.

No wonder since then, the acting president has become illusive.
What is wrong with the economy under him?
What is wrong with the social programs under him. So wonder they took away that ministry from him.
What about power under him where he connived with fashola to dwindle Nigeria?
No wonder they took away the ministry from them.

Osinbajo is eminently qualified to be President. He currently occupies the highest office ever occupied by Igbos in this Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He's more qualified than all of you in your region.

Tell me a governor in Nigeria that is not a good business man. When you do explain where he got the money for his first governorship contest to know most of not all had successful businesses or career which earn them over average income enough to contest elections.

If you do not want the most effective blueprint of Lagos to be the bedrock of development in Nigeria due to your Igbotic hatred for those that have proven they are beta administrators than every Igbo dead n alive please tell us the template we should use.

Should Nigeria adopt developmental template of Abia Ebonyi Anambra Enugu or Imo while we Ignore that of Lagos ? With this few point of mine you can see madness n acute foolishness runs in your dead head out of bigotry n hate. Same hate will eventually ruin your life n that of many of your kinsmen.

Ngorbungor:

The truth is that even Tinubu himself can't pull us out of this mess we are, for me am looking at your past business background, what have you achieve as a private person before you enter politics, what are the businesses you've managed or grow to a national brand, so in that your little space how have you manage to build your way to success, a man or woman that is not wasteful, a person that can manage the little fund available and build wealth for us. But not using Lagos template and think you can achieve anything as Nigeria president, because the truth is that anybody can run Lagos because Lagos its self is run.by the private sector so the governor has not much to do.

Fashola comes to mind he once said "I serious government can fix the power sector in six months" but he was given that portfolio as Minister of Power he turned out to be one of the worst minister of power

For you mind you think you are making sense, right?
With all the fund at their disposal, nothing to show for, it was said that Lagos is the 5th largest economy in Africa but can you compare Lagos to Cape town, Nairobi, Cario etc interns of infrastructural development? The answer is capital NO, like I said anybody with first school leaving certificate can run Lagos with the help of the private sector qed.

There is nothing special the Lagos state governors are doing, Lagos is still 70% slum, the liveable part of Lagos is privately developed, so what are you saying.
Give Ebonyi, Anambra governor that fund you will see wonders

Since we lost our agriculture and started depending on oil since 1970, 50 years ago, Nigeria prospers with high economic growth rate with increasing Oil prices and nosedives into recession with dropping Oil prices.

As far as we are yet to diversify or still in the process there's nothing any wizard can do to stem the tide until we start producing goods and services we can export and meet local needs.

And diversification can't happen overnight or in a few years, it's a slow painstaking process most Nigerians can never understand or willing to bear.

Most of us want the good life of politicians, yahoo boys and smart clerics, and now now. Our culture has messed us up looking for short cuts, to life problems. Unfortunately it won't happen.

With the ongoing huge investment in targeted infrastructure, polices to increase local production of food, rice maize, poultry etc, fuel refinery, and if the logjam in power sector can be untangled, then we can start having growth independent of Oil price changes. Oil will still add to our fortune but won't bring us crashing to ground zero each time the market coughs. It's a bad national strategy to depend on Oil without a buffer plan or savings plan.

Do you need railways from Kastina to Niger rep? Do you know how much was borrowed to do that project?
And this is the project that will improve the economy in long run.
Well, my reference is on Osibanjo: he doesn't have a mind of his own.
Atiku cannot tolerate what Osibanjo is passing through and atiku completed his terms and could be president.
Yet this one is erroneously subservient, thinking that will seat him in the aso rock.

You should compare lagos budget with that of Cape town, Cairo and Nairobi.

70% of lagos income is shared to the rest 35 states in Nigeria. you compare cities that are capital cities and were built by the whites to a lagos.

Igbo hatred manifests in their foolishness.

Oga please stop disgracing yourself, Lagos is our
common patrimony, all Nigerians can lay claims on Lagos in terms of development, Tinubu did not do anything extraordinary, the huge tax have always been there just that collection is poor.

Oga give Onitsha access to the the sea, and see it displays Lagos in the nearest future.

NIWA recently said that 60% of cargoes landing in Apapa and Tincan port ends up in South East so what does that mean?
It means Onitsha, ABA and Nnewi takes the delivery.

Simply put, South East takes 60% while the South West, South South and the hole North shares 40% of cargoes entering Apapa and Tincan ports, can you dispute that?

Anambra state have built one of the best international Airport any state government had ever embark on in Nigeria while Lagos is still battling with Lekki airport for over ten years now, God willing Eastern port will soon come onboard fully and see us unleashing our full potential in commerce, pharmaceutical, transportation and technology

So Ebonyi Anambra, are not doing badly despite the little fund compare to the almighty Lagos with so much money and nothing tangible to show
