As a team Barcelona fumbled but individually Messi was on top of his game with the highest goal contribution (Goals + Assists) in Europe.

He was miles ahead of every player in La liga last season but unfortunately, they finished third in the league and the Best Player Award was given to Oblak......well deserved!

I thought france cancel last year balor d hor because their league was brought to a halt due to covid19. why the change of mind, i smell Something fishy.

While Lewy had a good year individually, Messi also had a good year individually and capped it up with a stellar performance for Argentina to win the Copa tournament, while Lewy only won the dame Bundesliga Bayern had been winning for the past 6 years or so.

Both players did not make any outstanding mark at the UCL, so the Copa win gives Messi the edge over Lewy in 2021 Ballon dor race as it carries more weight above the Bundesliga.

Jorginho has just been lucky to be part of 2 winning teams in the same year. Without him, both teams would still have won their trophies. He is not even the top 5 best player in Chelsea or Italy let alone Europe or the world.

I've been reading some messages about all these Ronaldo and Messi's debate here for many years buh I just decided to spare some time out to address it once and for all...it might be long buh it worth reading.there's nohow you can like football and dislike Ronaldo or Messi except you ain't no football lover.you may have your preference between them buh it shouldn't make you to dislike(hate) the other buh what I read here all the time is hate towards the choice rival and it sucks and makes me wanna puke honestly..why would you be hating on someone that knows nothing about your existence?why would you be fighting one another about someone that doesn't know you?the person you fights here is 95% likely to help you tomorrow while the person you're fighting for here is unlikely even on the 0.00000001%.this is the truth and nothing buh the truth of all this Ronaldo and Messi debate and I wouldn't fight or argue with anybody about that because I'm(was)a professional footballer,on the sideline since because of some serious injuries(village people)..
