Mkwatula, a 38-year-old man who poses as a Malawi Defence Force soldier to dupe women and promise them marriage has been arrested by the police.

Rabecca Kwisongole, the Police spokesperson explained that Mkwatula has allegedly been cohabiting with women and promising them marriage.
