Pls Help, I'm creating a social network , I need help on implementing the Video and Voice notes thing. I don't want to fetch from twilio or something like that. I want my site to be able to perform such actions. Live videos , video calls , voice calls (PS. They'll be an app too , Using Java) . Pls your help is greatly needed

All this topic falls under what we call webRTC.
And to do all this you may need to do some real digging into creating your own ECHO server.
