This ASUU is a joke, I wonder with the wagon of intellectuals and yet they don't know they are to draft the said bill in relation to the problem or issue they want to solve and get it sponsored by a NASS member.

ASUU should own up to their responsibility and stop shifting it to the executives.

Very funny and yet saddening. The people you are appealing to effect the change also send theirs abroad so why will they make a law that will also affect them.

It's unfortunate Nigerian education is going overboard. Very pathetic. A 4 years course now takes 7 years due to ASUU strike.

Besides it's not a crime to send one's child abroad for studies.

No competent court would accept that as it is against their fundamental human rights.

Most of our Profs are lazy, yes they are.
They don't even want to give way for younger vibrant lecturers.
If a 50+ lecturer cannot have sleepless night preparing and updating his note then He should quit.
No wonder these politicians don't take them seriously and will call graduates "half baked".

We will be crying that, there's no job but one out dated Prof who is supposed to be retired is working at as contract staff with numerous schools and will not be able to execute the job he is being paid to do, properly.
No wonder these lecturers are kicking against IPPS because they still want the old ways to continue.

From what you wrote, it's either you went to a private university, you did not attend a university or you paid your way through school.
You should be angry with our educational system.

I know say poor people go like am because of jealousy. We need sound policies, not petty policies.

Now they are waking up. Our leaders have destroyed this country. Using the resources from Nigeria to fund school abroad should be discouraged. Let the foreign give support and scholarship to our best brain and fund them. Pass this law and also foreign medical treatment abroad.

Seeking for notice,so because I work for government and my wife does business or works for a private organisation making enough money to train a child in a school abroad,nass should deprive the child that opportunity...I m still at a loss as to the work of ASUU.

But ASUU members can send their own abroad for school...mad people everywhere now.

But why are those Old Profs so wicked and greedy, you can imagine a Prof teaching in 5 schools, you will not see him through out the semester until 3 weeks to the exam, boom you will just see one mighty hand-out, handed to the course rep after a very brief class. Only the amount to photocopy that handout can give one,heart attack and the time frame yo finish that handout can lead to total destabilization. The smart ones will just know that a lazy Prof will always repeat past questions, so they just pick them and study only that part while the ones who are not that smart will be reading a 3000 page handout, no be juju be that?.

Guy talk about your school o, come to Oau you will attend class tire. U will even beg that lecturers should go away. In OAU if any of your classes falls on public holiday you must refix it. So talk about your school.
