Hello house I want to do a house plastering a 4 room duplex with a total wall of 450 sqm inside And outside and my engineer gave me a quotation of 250 bags of cement, please how many sqm of wall will one bags of cement plastered

5 - 6 kg of cement is required per square metre for plastering if the range of the plastering thickness is btw 12mm and 15mm.

Maybe your engineer mistakenly wrote 250 bags instead of 25 - 30 bags.

Your 4bedroom duplex Total wall cannot be 450sqm, go and take ur measurements thoroughly its will definitely be more than 450sqm
