Auba was bursting of energy from start to finish., Pepe despite still being haunted by his poor ball control / first touch still played really really well.

Ramsdale did everything right and could've conceded more goals if he wasn't in the form of his life. Martinelli deserves to play more, even if I don't know who he should bench.

It’s unfortunate the only system Auba and Lacazette can both start is for Auba to play on the wide , if not I would’ve preferred them to always play together .... their chemistry is always there

Odegaard is no starter. Especially against an energetic team. The dispossessions tonight is a big cause for big worrying. Especially as it leads to a stroll straight at Ramsdale with virtually no interception.

If Arteta is over drilling these guys in training and this is the results. I'd take mild training and full Concentration over useless, non productive drills.


I noticed they just seems less energetic, even though Palace came energetic only when attacking. Once again, those dispossessions dey worry my mind. One too many

It's on Arteta. Playing Odegaard in CM is a very poor idea. Our midfield should be either Partey alone with Martinelli, Ødegaard, ESR and Saka or Partey with Lokonga. Odegaard in CM was a very poor decision.
