NPOWER or NASIMS should first solve the issues of Batch C Stream 1 before any other things. A lot of pending issues associated with Batch C1 haven't been rectified.

login details are never one of the problems. Nobody complained about it. The problem is that most of Batches A and B bank accounts have become dormant due to inactivity.
Tell CBN to reactivate all the bank accounts with steady payments.
