I actually took some hints/advice I got here and add to my own evaluations and everything works out WELL. Thank u all for all ur contributions. Let her stay in your present location, since she has a business doing, and let her manage your business center too, while you go to Jos, be sending her money and endeavour to visit once or twice in a month.

I see that the offer is too good to pass up.

OK. If you're very sure that the offer is a done deal, try to convince your wife to stay back with the children and manage the business, while you go test the waters to see if the environment is safe enough to bring your family over.
I hear the cost of living there is very cheap compared to most places, plus it's a beautiful natural environment.

Very enticing offer. Turning the offer down will be a very difficult decision for me to take. But am still convincing and negotiating with my wife in a very reasonable way. I still got from now till month end to give my Uncle my final decision.

You CANNOT go against your wife's decision and consent. You may lose your marriage if you go on. Men always look at paycheck while ladies look at challenges with more intuition. Consider the level of insecurity up north.

If your monthly take home from your current job, business and your wife's business surpasses the 350k, then I see no reasons why you should relocate.

Before I got a job, I run and manage the business by myself so I know everything about the business. The people running it now are boys I trained myself and after their training we worked together for some months before I got employed. So we all know the average daily/monthly income the business generate and they also send me daily report of work done/expenses made. And so far there are doing good for almost two years now.
