They’ve been kidnapping people from that place since about 4 months now but the Governor is not even move with it, why not deploy 24hrs security on that road? If it’s venue of protest they will mount security everywhere now secure your citizens that voted for you they can’t, fellow Nigerians before voting next time always know the government don’t give a damn about your safety health and security, you’re on your own.

It is notorious in Edo state, around auchi and the area in this post. Everyday there's a kidnapping in the local news.
The governor is more focused on vaccinations, instead of securing the roads. He never even mentions it in any of his addresses. Last time he spoke he said he can't pass a law to make open grazing illegal cause it can't be enforced.
At least the SW are proactive , their governor's forming amotekun, illegalizing open grazing and also the pple attacking fulanis in Oyo after kidnappings there.
In Edo everybody has buried their head in the sand like nothing is happening.

The driver of this luxury bus spoke with Efe of Man Around Town this morning. The driver said that no one was kidnapped, but everybody was robbed of their belongings and were later set free.

According to the phone call made by Efe to the driver it was confirmed that the passengers were robbed of their belongings and that the passengers all of them complete have continued their journey, with no life lost or any passenger kidnapped
