They're military terminologies used to communicate the position of the enemy.

Your front is 12 o'clock
Your back is 6 o'clock.
Your right is 3 o'clock
Your left is 9 o'clock

Round the clock, ie from 1 to 12 are all positions.

This case self is not straight forward. The question is has the girl confessed that baba Ijesha has penetrated her before if yes, 78 years in prison best for him. There was a police interrogation where the girl said she has one lover sleeping with her that this man has never penetrated her. What is even going on here self?

There was a normal external Instruments, we observed a healed laceration on the labia minora at the 3’o Clock position; we also observed a notch at the 6’ o clock position
