Nigerian police are so skilled in bribe taking even if all your document is complete they will use delay tactics or look for one tinny thing to collect that bribe....

Nice one from rugged man, only if most Nigerians can take this stand. The problem we have in this country is, as some people are doing the right thing, some people are doing the bad things to counter efforts of those good doers, and there is no way they can be apprehended.
