I don't know what to expect from tonight's match against Aston Villa. This team even looks worse than 2nd half of last season. At least 2nd half of last season we were dominating small teams and there was glimmer of hope, now we can't even dominate small teams, we look very average going forward and we're no were near even the big teams. He spent 200m, more than any coach, now has a balanced squad with no European distractions. Yet look at how weak this team looks under him.

He cannot even allow the basic tactics to flow in the team. Always turning things up and down like amala.

Mumu can't allow players in the best positions. From single CM to double pivot to double AM to no rubbish. Always tweaking and confusing the players. I tire for the guy too.

I agree with you and it’s an unpopular opinion, Tierney has been serving us rubbish for some time now. He deserves to be benched.

Tierney is being misused or let me say abused as a LB.

He is being made to push too high up the pitch to receive balls and create scoring chances. This means having to scamper all the way back when we lose the ball, (which we often do).
Before we bench him, can we first allow him to do his basic duty which is to defend? For me he shouldn't be found too far from the centre line. Let it be that the decision to go forward and do a cut back or score should be his and not the coach shouting from the touch line.

I doubt if he will have the courage to even give him a rest. The clueless manager will never device a way of attacking from different areas of the team. If Tierney doesn't get injured, Fraudteta will surely play him.

This trial and error method of coaching Arteta dey use is already his undoing. I wish he won't repeat same in his new club when he eventually gets sacked.

Today Saka plays right, Tomorrow he's back to the left. Today Auba plays as 9, the next day he plays on the left wing.
