Similarly, qn47:15 says something like this.

The description of the garden which Allah has promised the fearer: in it rivers of water which are not corrupted and rivers of milk which taste does not change and rivers of wine delicious to those who drink it and rivers of clarified honey; and they will have all fruit in it and forgiveness from their lord. Like who must abide forever in the fire and were given warm water to drink, so it cut their bowels.

How can allah abrogate the first two quotes above and promised the faithful ones those things he abrogated on earth in jannah?

There was a time Alcohol was permitted in Islam. And gradually verses were revealed to forbid it of which Qur'an 5:90 was the last.

The wine of Paradise does not intoxicate as that place is filled with perfection.

And lastly, Allah is the creator of Dates truly but is it Allah that made intoxicants from it for you to drink?

Don't drink snipper and say Allah created it so why should it kill you?

Do you go to prayer immediately after sex or you perform janib or janibah(wash) before you go to prayer? You can't leave alcohol part and observe the washing part of qn4:23. Some ustaz still observe both in that ayah.
