He should be suing the Nigerian Police Force also. Since an arm of the LSG was involved through the LNSA then he is justified to sue the LSG.

The state govt is in charge of the neighborhood corps, they have admitted their guilt by sacking their officials involved and also apologizing.

With a good lawyer, he will win the case easily...

They Government would rather, the court seize properties and allow them rot in the court premises.

Then next year, same properties would be added to the budget at inflated prices and some fellows will cash out.

Well, I hope Lagos state pay for compensation, because Nigeria as a whole follow no law, from the president down to counselor,they respect no law, they only enforce the law they would never abide.
