I never suspected that energy products might have so many benefits, thanks for the informative post. I used to be rather skeptical about this type of beverages, I can tolerate G FUEL only (here's more info https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/g-fuel/customer-service.html ). But we should always remember about disadvantages, too.
