Anambra election has always been indigenes (Apga) vs non-Indigenes (others)

Look at what this one is doing. Trying to bribe non Indigenes with petrol. Don't get me wrong, it is rare to see an Anambra indigene doing Okada business. Let's say 90 to 10% on the non-Indigenes favour.
