I have already explained deeply: our dictionaries for our indigenous languages are quite recent, there is no proof that they contain all the words which our ancestors pronounced, nor is there any proof, for many of the words in our dictionaries, that our ancestors actually pronounced them.
Also, claiming that if Anioma is not an Edo word then Anioma are not Edo would lead to similar logics for people like the "yoruba", the "Vikings" and the "Americans natives" all the names of those people do not belong to their languages...you are not making any sense and you confuse my attempt to direct you back into the land of logics with an attempt to "deflect".

If you’re so confident that Igbos outside the south-east wouldn’t join their kinsfolk to secede (your wet dream), then you should trust the strength of your conviction and support a referendum in those Igbo areas! The answer you expect from the referendum would be all the more ‘sweeter’ as it’ll finally show Igboland is ‘just your 5 south-east states’ and everyone else loves ‘one Nigeria’ and will continue with it once Ndigbo leave!

There’s a lot of reasons why Ndigbo outside the south-east don’t participate in the sit-at-home: some my not believe it’s the right approach even as they still believe in secession (i’m from Rivers state and even i feel it’s been overused); some may feel the sit-at-home wouldn’t be as effective outside the south-east as it would be diluted by other ethnicities still carrying on with work and business, hence the message may be lost; some may have genuine reasons to break the sit-at-home for health or other expedient reasons; etc!

You’d be silly to think not engaging in sit-at-home easily translates to not supporting a bid for referendum or secession!

I am Anioma, we are not Igbos, my ancestor chiefs Agho Obaseki is in the records of Benin empire (not in the best light though).
Anioma are Edo people as can be seen by the attires of Anioma kings.
Igbo migrants in Benin lands can go back to their ancestral lands (southeast), the true indigenous peoples of the land (whom are known to speak different languages) still claim Benin ancestry. That is all.

Igbos want to swallow the minorities in the south south region just because they are blessed with crude oil, seaport,

But they will be disappointed.

They better stick to Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi and Abia state.

Any attempt to take over the minorities land and force them into Biafra will be resisted.

The United Nation will not even approve such oppressive acts.

The yorubas did not consider taking over Kwara state, Kogi state and parts of the old mid west region ( Edo )

They just respect themselves by focusing on Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Ekiti state, Osun state.

For your info; I did my nysc back then in etche rivers state and I spoke igbo with the locals, they loved me the most among my peers who were from the west and North because we all know who we are.

- I have a boss from Igbuzor in delta state and we all speak igbo and love ourselves.. I have met an emeka from Edo state and so on.. I can go on and give you life experiences. Now the question is; what happens to those igbos in those places I mentioned? Are they now minority because they were fraudulently carved into other states by Nigeria?
