My Experience: Back then in the university (michael okpara university of agriculture, umudike), due to an erupted violence by rival cult groups, which led to several killings in the school. There was heavy presence of the Nigeria Army deployed by the then Abia State Gov't to restore peace nd orderliness in the environ. So this uniform men, mounted a checking point along the Ikot-ekpene express road, few distance from my school's main gate. One fateful day, while trecking down home 4rm school, on a very sunny day cos I was short of funds to take a bus. On approaching d CHECK-POINT, I saw one of my old time GIRLFRIEND, coming from the opposite direction. With excitment, she screamed my name, with her open arms running to embrace me. Me, on the other end bouncing towards her, with my arms wide open to reciprocate the embrace. The only thing seperating us was the sets of DRUMS nd bags of CEMENTS lined up horizontally...

I have never been harrased by them but for some unknown reason (probably due to my muscular build) Army men just like to just stop me and start asking me unnecessary questions... The annoying thing is that it has happened so many times that I just avoid them at all cost.

I remember once when an army man saw me walking on the street , he called me and started asking my name and what I was doing there , I had to tell him that I lived nearby... It's so embarrassing.

As my old time girlfriend crossed the barricade settd by the military men to hug me, immediately she approached me, to give me that deep hug that I have been anticipating both mentally and biologically, I heard a very deep and scary voice from an aboki calling me. The hug was suspended in the air. Mood changed. my palm became sweaty ASAP. While walking gently nd slowly to answer my CLARION call, I was ordered to Start FROG JUMPING 4rm that spot to another point 50times. See me see wahala. Wetin I do na? ( I asked myself inwardly). Without any second thought, I startd d frog jump. My babe was orderd to pick all the pure-water satchets on the road. Mehn! After two rounds of frog jumping, my KNEE_CAPs startd giltering. My boxer nd long_sleeve shirt became wet. Buses with passengers waiting on the queue to get checked, were all starring at me. Some passer_bys were leaving condolence messages behind as they walk pass me....( to be continued)

That's why I'll go with and agree with Tinubu when he said 50mil youth should be recruited into the Army cuz if we all get recruited into the Army, so many needless deaths of youths in the country will reduce drastically
