Why should he not return borrowed funds? If you were a shareholder in the bank and when its time to get your money you were told benue state has refused to pay their loan wont you go to court as has been done in this case?

I am not from benue and ortom has been hitting them hard as of late so they just need something to shut him up... Ortom's government didn't collect that loan, but I know it is the benue's government that will pay but my question is, why now? 13yrs ago? What happens to deducting that money from 2009?

Iam from Benue and I can tell you that it is almost December and Ortom is owing salaries from last year.... Ortom is not doing anything im Benue. Ot is only non Benue indigenes that are happy with Ortoms noise. Ortom is worse than Buhari.... He is only making noise to cover his incompetence...
