I may not fully give the full gist of my experience in that place. And very volatile set of youths oo, before you say jack, they are already out for war. Luckily for us, the project payment was based on milestones completed, as soon as we covered some kilometres, we couldn't keep up. We left it for them. Since then, I tend to understand why most projects in South South tends to be abandoned or uncompleted, those guys make simple tasks so complicated

your company is selfish and corrupt how much will they pay these guys but they chose to make excuses with that so they can siphon the money those money you are going to use settle boys will not be up 500k but your company will be seeing close to 1billion as profit but they still chop everything ,everybody nah thief for this nation

Get your head out of your behind, now calmly and slowly read my writeups again. This time read to assimilate not to attack. We paid and kept on paying till we realised that at the long run, the project will not be worth it as we were spending way too much paying almost virtually everyone yet we were still being faced with hostility and all sort of vandalism. Yes, we decided to pull out, cos safety first. Same reason why everyone preaches for peace cos no meaningful development can arise in a volatile environment.

The road is important besides you don't cancel development because of stupidity and greed of a few. The estate surveyor in charge will handle all the conflicts.

I used to think it was only in the South South one could find such.
Never knew it was inherent.
Some relocate their buried parents overnight.
The GREED in an Average BLACK is questionable.
We really need to study to know where we got this from, because this is not of the devil.

I would prefer to ask them to assemble for compensation....... then filter out the criminal claimants and have millitary men flog them silly.

I worked for an estate surveyor, this always happened. I've been part of valuing over 1000 acres or more for delta state government. These people are even amatures, the worst happens with the surveyor field assistants who can take bribe and write down empty land as tree plantation.

You don't go there to erect rubbish to increase value besides, if you don't own CofO, government can take your land and pay you what they like.
