Who made the statement?... When, where, when and in what context was it said? Can you kindly provide details and any evidence that Fashola (or anyone else) made that statement? We play politics of ideology.

In 2015, nothing stopped us from jumping on the APC bandwagon but the ideology of the drivers of the party didn’t align with ours and that’s why we didn’t.

It is not because we believed an incumbent can never lose.

We have never liked Buhari even when he contested twice with Igbo vices.

We are a people that is consistent with our thinking and ideology. We don’t play politics of convenience.

So all those things you said up there have no bearing to why we stuck with PDP.
