kjhova:Semantics. Everyone here knows what we meant by that slogan and a Nigerians understand that too., Especially within the context of Nigerias perculiar politics. So? |

obailala:You skillfully avoided talking about Fasholas outburst after some APC bigwigs meeting in Lagos, during the tail end of Jonathan's administration, to the effect that "those who lost the war should not enjoy the country more than those who won the war"... If it was an igboman that made such frightening statements, would you still support him as a federal officer? Be truthful... |

Pls stop being clever by half . Aside Lagos,Oyo and ogun state? So those 3 states mentioned are from southeast or north ryt? Igbos population in Lagos is more than the population in Kano. MyExpression: |

DOTian:Well, I don't know about that statement, never heard of it. Who made the statement?... When, where, when and in what context was it said? Can you kindly provide details and any evidence that Fashola (or anyone else) made that statement? Until then, you come across as someone who just hates fashola (probably based on tribal sentiments), and is just desperate to justify the hatred by citing "he hates my tribe" as your reason. |

Politically, they've relegated themselves in the scheme of things. Presently, no Igbo man enjoys wide acceptability (across board) in Nigeria. As such, no political party will present an Igbo man as presidential candidate. |

Penguin2:Nobody from SE will ever rule Nigeria with this mindset. You will be in a very bad place if SW person becomes president Same way your elite sheepishly supported Jonathan because of the false belief that incumbents don't lose elections in Nigeria, rather than position a SE person by cooperating with your northern allies and follow agreements. You're again on the threshold of another foolish belief that southern politicians can't defeat any northern candidate despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary in the last 30 years. They even naively believe Jonathan a SS president will hand over to a SE president in Nigeria of today. Thats the signal their northern allies need to show theyre not trustworthy I forsee long term gnashing of teeth from the SE. |

Penguin2:This one is melting down already, your untrustworthiness and lack of candour in politics is catching up with you. Now you are struggling to keep up with second division league in politics . It's normal to leave the coast clear for the big boys playing premiership league |

Penguin2:So you now accept it is ipob causing carnage and death in SE and it's not DSS or Fulani as claimed by many fraudulent SE people like you Ekwueme contested primaries against Obasanjo, and Onu also became candidate if APP before AD working relationship brought Falae, why are all Ibos today afraid of contesting for any party ticket like was done in 1999? You don't want to consult anybody or make friends with voting power blocks, you just want everyone else to be held down? |

Penguin2:It's your usual pattern to go in the opposite direction to where Yoruba wants to go, that's why you will vote for any pig presented by PDP no matter their character. Stop lying about Fashola and your fake live for him when it's convenient. You all still attack him unjustly when he helped some destitutes relocate to join their families in SE . |

Olakunleyakub:What are you saying?! Ogun and Oyo enjoys our presence merely because of their proximity to lagos. Just as Nasarawa benefits from FCT. Aside that, do you see us populating other poverty infested states in your region?! There are igbos in large numbers in the North*central, and south...But you lots in yoruba land especially lagos, are the only ones that think you're doing us a huge favour. Wake up...we have nothing against you personally. We are just chasing favourable weather conditions within and outside Nigeria. Lagos was naturally strategically situated that's why we go there. The foundation of the success of Lagos is not yoruba-made |

DOTian:I am not the one stopping you from Biafra. As is typical Ibo fashion, you are the architects of your own misfortune. Read your history, it was the same ibos fighting for Biafra that removed the option of any region seceding by peaceful means when Ironsi and Ben Nwabueze wrote the decree that removed the right to a referendum that previously existed in our constitution handed down to us by the British. |

Is it now other peoples fault the lazy people didn't print their own posters? The northerners and other people in Nigeria don't sit around making demands, they get up and fight for what they want, the northern PDP people printed and pasted their own posters, but Igbo people did not as usual, it's always other people's fault and not them. These people and their foolish lazy and awoof mentality sha.. |

Ovamboland:We play politics of ideology. In 2015, nothing stopped us from jumping on the APC bandwagon but the ideology of the drivers of the party didn’t align with ours and that’s why we didn’t. It is not because we believed an incumbent can never lose. We have never liked Buhari even when he contested twice with Igbo vices. We are a people that is consistent with our thinking and ideology. We don’t play politics of convenience. So all those things you said up there have no bearing to why we stuck with PDP. |

OGHENAOGIE:Our only issue with Osinbajo is that he’s positioning to become president which should be the exclusive preserve of the Ndigbo. Other than that, we have nothing on him. Dude is a refined and cosmopolitan gentleman who has expressed any of such vile exhibited by Tinubu and co. |

Penguin2:You want someone to come power to you while sitting in your sitting room. The aspirants that pasted their posters at the convention are not foolish. They know that only one candidate can get the ticket ,yet they don't consider their participations in the process as a wild goose chase. Osita Chidoka understands the implications better than you. |
