Lagos engineers need to pay more attention to the kinds of material quality they use in building .. all they think about is money money money .. it’s not nice .. they should provide quality building… and not just fake .. the foundation I guess wasn’t solid enough to hold what came on top …

What can be the cause of the collapse? Substandard materials, cutting corners, wrong man handling the job or what?

I pray the rest makes it out alive.

In the US, all artisans have their certificates hence a mason man is mason man and not someone that thinks he can do it.

A carpenter is trained to do so and not all these untrained carpenters in Nigeria.

Using untrained individuals can cause this catastrophe.
