Engineers in the house, which of the two do you suggest is better ??. . And reason for your choice ..
Also how many blocks will finish a four-bedroom flat on a 50by50 plot of land from start to finish..

If you have a project to complete at a specific time, moulding blocks is a waste of time.

You can easy confirm and get good blocks to do your project if the money is available, having said this, moulding blocks is time consuming, and require supervision so at the end you don't fall at lose.

Though it profitable like one of my boss said below.

My bosses are still coming to help you out here.

The only reason to consider making your own block is twofold.

1) Save money - you'll save from removing the business overhead.

2) Good quality - you'll produce good quality if you make sure the materials, mix and ageing is properly done.

How are you prepared to accomplish both, not one of them but both.

You're better off making your blocks if you can provide both. If not then just go buy locally but impress on them that you are requiring good blocks.

To me i will advice you mould your blocks if you are not rush or haste to complete the project within shortest periods.

Advantage is going to be strong compare to what you will buy outside there.

I’m actually not in haste atall. Time and money are not issues ..
And do u have idea on amount of blocks that will complete a standard-modern four-bedroom flat ..

How do you guys determine the age of woods, is it by just stamping those alphabet on it or they have records to prove their age. In other part of world, they have records of every single three on the street age, name, locations where it’s planted. That is the work of park recreation agency . They trimmed and replace them if needed. Abeg na just to educate us ni ooooo.
