Any land with enough sand as you said needs a specialist foundation which will be very costly. Please seek professional advice first and leave your dad out of it for now.

It's not enough to compare the quote on the basis of naira and kobo only, lookout for his previous installation, in terms of neatness and precision, kindly note you can't have it cheap & at the same time have the quality, it doesn't always the case.

I’m yet to see the goods. Even my supplier is yet to see his payment and everyone is cool.
The same guy is also doing 800sqm + roofing tiles for me this weekend. That one won’t be POD though.

POD works for those who do not entertain dramas.

I recently did 50 tons of iron rod POD. In fact 80% of my nairaland purchases are POD except when I’m dealing with the ambeoloruns (starters who do not have resource).
