Tomahawk99:The privatization act is available for free download on Google. Download it, read and stop displaying ignorance publicly. NCP is not an advisory body, it’s the final decision maker on privatization. Atiku used his position as chairman of the council to buy almost half of the privatized assets at giveaway prices through cronies and fronts. Even private sector leaders had to report him to Obasanjo that his greed is too much. |

seunmsg:Oga go and read El-Rufai's account of events and stop arguing. The Constitution demands a governor hand over to his deputy but in reality how many do it? NCP was advisory it was BPE that was in charge of the transactions of privatization. Except you know more than El-Rufai himself. A noob is quick to talk about ignorance. Who were the private sector leaders that reported him? |

Tomahawk99:El-Rufai’s book is not law. The privatization act is available for you to download and read. And since you prefer to rely more on People’s personal account, go and read Obasanjo’s book and see what he wrote about your greedy Atiku. He stole the country blind and bought almost half of the privatized assets. He will never smell Aso Rock. |

Advocate500:Lagos is by far the best governed state in Nigeria today and it’s as a result of the leadership style and master plan that was bequeathed to the state by Tinubu. He will do far better than all the past presidents of Nigeria combined if he’s elected President in 2023. |

If the Delta Steel company had been sold 100% to the Premium steel, does the NASS still have oversight function over how the company chooses to operate, buy or dispose off assets? If there are binding clauses of sale that prevents asset stripping, BPE should have activated such and be on ground to enforce provisions of the clause once the the company ran into financial troubles with banks and AM ON and place lien on the Delta Steel assets. If BPE didn't do that, then NASS should be summoning BPE officials who should have enforced the condition of sale to Premium steel, not the company officials. Regulatory agencies should be tasked to show seriousness with the jobs they have |

ATEAMS:Yes experts have said Nigeria must invest $100-150bn yearly in infrastructure alone for the next 10 years if we hope to bridge the gap. But I'm amused to see nigerians expecting world class everything from the $30bn budget out of which less than $10bn goes to infrastructure. Even the $30bn can't be complete without taking loans many say must not be collected. Before now we were hardly putting $2bn a year in infrastructure. We now wonder why our roads are bad, rails don't work while the money ends up as bras and pants. Nigerians are jokers, such that the next smaller african countries have bigger budgets than some of them 4-5 times our mere $30bn. We are just kidding, yet some think the recent focus on infrastructure is too much and should be stopped. They are even sending boys to bomb or strip it. |

seunmsg:El-Rufai is not a mere person, he was in charge of every transaction during the privatization abi you know more than him or were you closer to the presidency than him? Even the Constitution is violated daily by those in power you are here talking about an act. Control your jealousy of Atiku, he is greater than anything in your lineage will ever be, he was elected a state governor and a vice president do am if e easy, low budget criminals talking crap. |

Donaluta:It seems you are yet to understand those guys hiding behind fake patriotism to push ethnic agenda. In their desperate attempts to promote Tinubu presidency, they now go about attacking anyone they feel could be an obstacle to that crazy idea, if it means using lies and propaganda to do so. It is only bigotry and wickedness that will make someone to desire a fossil to rule over humans. SMH. |

Tomahawk99:Alaye, El-Rufai was not in charge when Delta steel was sold by Atiku to his cronies in 2005. He was the minister of FCT at the time. See, stop talking about what you know little or nothing about. Atiku is a rogue who should ordinarily be in jail for his crimes against the country. You can asslick his stinking corrupt ass for wherever it’s worth to you but folks like me will continue to call him out for the rogue that he is and there is nothing you or him can do about it. And yes, he will never be the president of Nigeria. |

Donaluta:It seems you can’t read nor comprehend what was written and quoted verbatim here “ In 2019, the lower legislative chamber mandated the committee to investigate the collapse of the company said to have been built with the sum of $1.89 billion in 1982 and was handed over to PSML after it was privatised in 2005.” |
