if you haven't be paying attention now do....it they successfully carry it out not that it hasn't been happening since the history of Nigeria election. But if it became obviously clear it happened then always know it will be used in another region outside south east and that one will even be more painful. Haven't you noticed what ever you mock easterners with always replicates in other regions more worse than that of the east?
