There's one very tall one in Ibadan called Cocoa House, it's taller than the trade center in Abuja on this List

Nigerian Government respects foreigners more than locals in terms of any Construction involving the Government......
Whereas a foreigner will put his Bidding and slash his contract sum at a price Government must succumb to ,.....

A local Contractor will even find it difficult for certificates to be signed for him after passing through a stage talk more of how Government will liquidate his Contract sum to nothing, and keeping him at a risk of not even coming out of the project....

Resulting to use of substandard materials , abus of construction ethics, intimidations and the what have you .....

Is not easy to do anything for Nigerian Government and you will be allowed to have all your certificates

Am so pained Femi Osibona is from me hometown

Sincerely no body is talking about the current producers of the cement being used this days cos it’s no more effective compared to the ones they used decades ago and no government is concerned. Go to most villages and you will find out that most of the House thenold rich men built decades ago with good maintenance are still standing cold the cement was better then.
