I think he is trying to modernize Wenger tiki taka, Klopp high pressing and Pep possession & high pressing style into a single fold which I nicknamed tripartite playing style. He is finding it hard with his lack of experience as a top manager and his squad lack the top level experience also.

Well, these lads are young, still in learning phase though lacks the experience of top level to b consistent ATM with time (still doubting the process) they will gel maybe that’s why they keep getting young hungry players.

The bitter truth is, He has plan but some we fans (I) particularly don’t have that luxury time of waiting for rebuilding process, I want results.

As we approach January, I think Balogun needs to be sent out on loan probably to a Championship club. He has outgrown the U23s and needs to kick-start a real Pro career.

I tí k he made a good point in that particular press conference. He said something about the senior national team having fast tracked the absorption of a lot of young talent in the last one year or two ( and this includes our own Saka); players that should still be playing for the U-21 national team. It is only normal they allow dem Smith-Rowe, Gallagher etc still remain in the U-21 to make the u-21 stronger instead of saturation the national team with so many young talents when they have enough already in the current squad.

I don't see anything wrong in this decision at all. The likes of Saka, and the rest of youngies tthey took to the EUROs should still enjoy the NT for now.

He is below Nketiah is the pecking order. So two weeks of Auba not being around may not still help him.

Most of the players listed as midfielders either are got on the list either because they are already part of the squad before now or players like Bellingham that is equally enjoying the form of his life presently like Smith-Rowe.

I get you that the dressing room emergency meeting after the Brighton Game has really affected this season for the club as a whole. It was in that room they all agreed they needed to tweak tactics to score more goals and its really really working.



On the side, i hope this Vlahovic pursuit doesn't turn to a Perez kinda situo. Afcon loading.

Well I am an Arsenal fan and ESR is Arsenal so if I am emotional it's allowed. But then if Bellingham can be called at his age (just 18 or so) his excuse of sending ESR who is 20 to U21 is not fair.
ESR deserves the call.

I strongly doubt this. Invitation to the NT is an experience every player cherish and for most like the younger ones they don't even have to play. It is rather a huge morale booster for them just to be in the camp with the other big boys.

ESR has performed remarkably well this past two months and deserved a call. Southgate is just covering it up probably he has no excuse. Some coaches they get personal favourite.

Well, no continental campaign is helping Arteta too. Wenger was at the top early on and playing continental. Unless they spend 1billion in 7yrs,i doubt Arteta can match Baba's total wins of 7yrs time frame.
