It's quite simple bro,you placed a single bet instead of an accumulator. Note that even if you play 10 odds single,it doesn't count.
You must turn over the bonus 3x in an accumulator of at least 3 games with a minimum of 1.40 odd before Saturday.

Example:You funded 50k and got 50k.
You must stake the entire 50k bonus on three games of 1.40+ in one slip.(1)
If you win,stake the whole winning on another three games in one slip.(2)
If you win again, stake the whole winning on another three games accumulator.(3)

Now the 50k ONLY will be added to your main account.
Whatever is on top the 50k belongs to them.

let me tell you how to claim the bonus,first accumulate 3 games each with minumum of 1.45 odds,the total odds must be above 3odds(compulsory).then after u win that accumulator(compulsory),then select another accumulator with same 1.45odds each(3odds total) and stake ur initial bonus amount(the outcome of this second accumulator does not matter),u can randomly select the games.then after the whole games has ended, accumulate another game of 1.45 each totalling 3odds and stake with ur initial bonus(the outcome of this accumulator doesn't matter).
after this last accumulator has played,give then some minutes to credit you your initial bonus amount.it will be moved from bonus account to main account which you can then withdraw
