Goodmorning my fellow waddling mamas, how una dey? Hope u r all fine... We and our LO will all be fine insha allah. Abeg ooo, i dont know y i keep having dis ache on my hips anytime i lay down on my side... If i laydown on my left hips na serious ache, i turn to right d ache shift to right as well... N na every 30mins... If i dont standup frm bed d ache bcm worst down to my legs... Omo!!! Dis is annoying cs i cnt seems to sleep one hr straight without aching n turning left n right, cnt sleep on my back bcs its not gud 4 d baby... N where i am, u cant c doctors or midwives anyhow, seeing dem is based on appointments n their appointments date long like opa moses... Imagin d last time i saw a doctor was wen i was in week 12... Paracetamol sef dont work... B4 i got pregnant thou i developed wat is called scatica, dt is pain frm back, to waist,to hips straight down to leg... N i think it has got worst bcs of pregnancy... Omo!!! Mk God help me oooo!!!!

Mk we tnk God 4 dt oo... feeling wey b like dt na ogbonge feelings say yea, baby is doing well eehhh..

Hope we are regular with our antenatal visits plus our routine drugs? Pls eeh,do baby the favour of taking your drugs as well as fruits...

my sister... I tire ooo... Wat did d GP prescribe 4 u wen u go to c her?? I am sure it is paracetamol... They r very gud in dt cs dt is wat one midwife told me on telephone appointment to get paracetamol... Wo!!! Me i don carry my cross oooo

Hi,mama. I feel this pain too when lying down. I suspected its because i sleep on my left more than my right side,so i started putting a soft pillow in between my legs regardless of the side i lie on. I assumed it has to do with lots of weight on the left side. The pillow has done wonders. You can try it out

I have been having severe diarrhea today.
I have taken oral drip and raw pap. It reduced but my stomach is not calm. I am very tired and weak.

What else can I do

[img][/img] do u walk too much? do u stand to much? or bend too much...? If yes... Stop it n have lots of bed rest... Wen u rest on bed, it will go away... Some of us r waka waka lady just like me dt i did pass mysef inside cold weather... Walked 4 6hrs , i said i wanna do exercise small to stretch my joints a little bit cs i ve bein restin 4 weeks... Got home n slept like pesin wey dem knack plank... Unfortunately, it didnt stop d hios ache i ve being hvin thou ... Read d attach picture... Nothing to worry... Sha do jeje ni

B.S Part one
We got married in December 2018 with full confidence that it will not take long b4 we achieve pregnancy but to my greatest dismay 1 year passed and noting happen so we started getting worried and decided to seek medical assistance. The first doctor we saw was a consultant, he asked us questions about our sex life and we gave him answers but he was not satisfied with the number of times we BD in a week so he referred to us as lazy couples and prescribed revival for DH and clomid for me..
