He has more wins. If he beats Watford which is likely then you have to give it to him.

Well, no continental campaign is helping Arteta too. Wenger was at the top early on and playing continental. Unless they spend 1billion in 7yrs,i doubt Arteta can match Baba's total wins of 7yrs time frame.

I was also looking for Emery o grin
Wenger did have the likes of City and Chelsea to battle with earlier in his career as top top teams playing UCL finals.

Don't forget in wengay early days we have only man utd to compete with, the rest of the teams he can best comfortably unlike now we have top10 teams battling it out with each other

I saw that. And while i can say they got a good game, i won't say they make a better, solid pairing. Sloppy passes today were so so much.

Defensively, both have improved. And Partey was switched on for his attacking instinct. Overall, a great Performance. Still hard to believe its 5th we are now.
I believe the 5th will be consolidated today! grin

He got into a 50/ 50 challenge with U23 kid Akinola yesterday and Akinola clattered him. It is reported as a tight groin, not too serious.
This more precautionary than anything. He could play if he had the go ahead. Hopefully Ghana does not call him but I doubt that.

Where did you get this info
I doubt if it's true because Akinola was involved in the U23 match yesterday. I don't think he trained with the first team.

I just tire mehn! I was expecting we will use this match to clean our goal difference and secure that number 5 spot going into the international break. Now it's all looking doubtful with this kind midfield set-up I dey see.

But can't a player like Partey enjoy some level of Messi privilege at arsenal? I remember reading somewhere that barca players weren't allowed to tackle messi hard in training knowing how he was pivotal to their team.

Make u-23 player no go dey give us this kind setback Jàre.

I'm more concern why partey is having reoccurring injuries
Be like Baba than back date too much and it's becoming obvious

I think we should be questioning our medical and training team. If he back dated his age, the drop should be this sharp. He was reliable, available and was never injured until he arrived at Arsenal. Does that sound familiar to you?
