My regular breakfast is either of the 3 below.

1. 2 Sunnyside up eggs layed on a ham base, 2 pork sausages, 4 stripps of bacon, 2 fish fingers, baked beans. 2 slices of toast laced with salted butter.
I wash it down with a glass of chilled full cream milk.

2. Boil yam with well ganishd omlete (ie chopped green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, chilli, black pepper). Smoked pork chops by the side.

3. Indomie with 2 Sunnyside eggs and fish fillet. Fillet could be salmon. If not available I fillet a Titus fish.

Two weeks ago I was sick and I decided to visit a doctor. Behold on his table I found a big apple and a cup of tea. He said that's his break fast . Infact I ve seen changes on my health since I adopted apple and tea break fast .

The best is oats meal in the morning. It contains fiber therefore will keep you Full for long.

mine is Golden morn. I love it. They are currently doing a promo and one can win hooge.

You should try custard the Oyinbo way. I can't stand the way we make ours like ogi. So instead of hot water, use hot milk (make it creamy).

It depends on my mood, sometimes eg this morning (should have taken a pic), scrambled eggs. Had it with French fries, 5 pieces of sauced pepper meat, 1 fish finger, 2 shrimp fingers. I put little ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and remia salad dressing(thousand island with onion and paprika).
Don't worry, I am trustable.

I ended up using oat as swallow.

I used to be like that. I hated the smell so much. I started trying it with carnation milk, little cold milk or parmalat.

I love it now. Best breakfast ever as it is filling. 1/3 cup or 1/2 cup of old fashioned Oat at breakfast no hunger till next time I eat lunch.
