Wo, See, eh! Ever since I read this post on Facebook on how a married woman that was a full-time housewife started her roadside petty business with just 20k and grew it to over N1m in one year, I have been regurgitating and ruminating.

Or should I even call it brooding self?

Now I have to start a business and I have 20k. But which business can one start with 20k and scale it with a good plan?


How do I replicate that poster's experience and empower women with it?

We seriously need to empower the younger generation on how to make honest wealth.

I learnt that yahoo money is sweet. But I have since found out that building a legit source of income is far better and sweeter without the option of a dead conscience and possible jail time.

No pun intended.

Imagine one is able to support those single mums, widowed and married women in oppressive/abusive/toxic relationships with 20k to start food cooked food business?

Maybe 1 person per month or 2/4 persons per quarter. Life is not too hard if we learn to help each other. Their kids will have something to eat at least.

You're right. A lot of those women actually start their petty trading with less than 10k, selling this and that and with sheer determination, hard work and God's grace they start expanding.

If you are not ashamed to get your hands dirty or be called names, simple things like getting a wheelbarrow (some of which are less than 20k) to help market women move their wares from point A to B or even paying a renowned business person the 20k to teach you the rudiments of his/her business (apprenticeship) can yield unimaginable results in the long run.
