This is corrupt Governors' cash cow. Ofttentimes, most of these flyovers are built in places where they're not supposed to be the priority. e.g the one Fayose built in Ado and the one Amosun constructed in Abeokuta, whereas more than 90 % of roads in those States are in deplorable conditions.

Enugu does not have any flyover prior to this time. Those overhead bridges where built due to the sloppy nature of the land and to link two roads destroyed by erosion. This is the first built from ground up and full fledge. Such a shame tho that the entire east only Anambrababd Ebonyi has complete flyovers.

enugu has more than 8 flyovers, I personally know.
The headline is misleading. The OP meant that this was Ugwuanyi's govt 1st flyover project.

before you get to Onitsha coming from Owerri you'll see that kind of bridge. The earth is sloppy down there. Doesn't count as flyover Chief.
