Hello fellow shoppers....... A seller cancel an item since last week and I am yet to be refund..... Like how many working day will it take before I am refunded

I don't understand why many AE sellers are like the bolded. You'll cancel an order they refused to ship after 8 days, the next day you'll see "Shipped"

There's always a processing timeline given by all sellers. If you cancel an order within that timeline, they are at liberty to accept or reject your cancellation, even, if you used a reason not ok with them, they may not accept it.

Sometimes, the order might have been shipped but haven't been updated on the app. So, it's normal. AliExpress won't even address your complaint of you report such case except for a valid reason.

I had QKZ VK4, TRN MT1 & KZ EDX in mind, because of their rather cheaper prices, but I'm a bit skeptical about it.

The KZ ZSN pro though seems promising, but it's quite expensive.

I have one and I've ordered another one as well that's yet to arrive.
Soundcore motion plus works best indoors though. Just tweak the equaliser in the app and place it at a corner in your room. You'll be surprised by the sound quality

The stuff was dispatched overseas since on the 6th of last month.....
Logistics issues is really a problem while ordering......

I've been using mine for roughly a year now.
It's not too pleasing aesthetically again, but it's still working perfectly
I heard the boom doesn't have the tweeters on soundcore motion plus, hence the sound isn't as balanced.
When you get the motion plus, I'll share an equaliser settings I picked from YouTube to get the best from the speaker

I know, the annoying ones are those ones that will ship immediately you cancel. Maybe your cancellation pushes them to update. I've only had one time a seller did this, other times I hardly place order on items I don't want to buy.

The thing is AE protects more of sellers than buyers. Alibaba don't even protect buyers one bit. Lol.

Most things I bought on Alibaba missed their review period and Alibaba closes review before I got the items. So I can't even review, the last item I bought, they closed the order and I gave the seller 3 star. Seller chatted me and told me to update it to 5 stars because the "boss is angry with her". Lol.

You can only update review once. I told her I'll only update it when I get my item. She insisted that I change it, I pointed out to her that I only have one chance to edit my review, that I'll do that once I see the product. She wasn't happy, but how do they expect me to give 5 stars on an item I'm yet to see?

I see Amazon allows buyers to update reviews 3 years after buying an item, that's what I like. They'll only give you 45 days or 30 days and you can't review again.

Alibaba and AE are just there to make sellers rich, so every person should do solid research before clicking buy, because if the item is bad, you can't even ship it back as cost of shipping is simply outrageous.
