It really doesn't matter when you start counting. Just make sure the 28 days statement is still valid (not more than 31 days after the day 28) by the time you apply for your visa.

E.g. You put the money in your account on Oct 1; applied to the school on Oct 8; received your admission on Oct 29; By Oct 29, the statement is already 28 days. It is still valid till Nov 28. Hope this makes it clear.

Yes . You can place a PND on the acct. It doesn't affect the real value when u print your statement... my advise for u is to print ur statement after 3 days or 1 week so that u can see it yourself because it can be confusing to people... But it has no effect. The money is their just that u wont see it

When submitting your POF for Visa application, do the debit and credit sum matter.

Let s say you need to submit a POF of 20 million and within the 28 days window you withdrew 500,000 at once for personal needs, will it raise a red flag. Total balance was never below 20 million within the 28 days period.

yes, mine was like that before, I was very worried and scared. Whenever I made any deposit, It was not added to the main balance. So, I had to call the officer in charge. At last, I did not know what they did to it, all deposits that I have made are now being added to the main balance. It was then my mind came down. I can now see the total balance both on sms and statement

Any University degree program is eligible for PSW, as long as you graduate.
