The next place will be the ICT officer who will enter your details into the system.

The next stage is to submit your folders and collect the form for pension.

Note: I mentioned to the officer that I already have a pension account but the officer said I have to open another one.

Sorry to say. But you're wrong on this. I have two pension account. When I resumed my recent job I told them I already have a pension account from my previous employer but they insisted I open another one with a different PFA of their choice, which I did.

I guess you can identify the form below if you have done your documentation at the old secretariat.

I had similar experience with an officer at the documentation hall and was forced to pick the form, I just folded it in my bag, I didn't bother to complete the form.

Another marketer from one of the PFAs approached me outside while I wan filling a form to discuss his PFA (sorry can't remember the name again), as soon as I told that I already have an account with a PFA, he backed off.

Please read the first line on the form attached.

You can as well check www.pencom.gov.ng and educate yourself about pension in Nigeria.
