I don't know about menses but I can tell you it is real(seen it happen in real time when I did my nysc service in the middle belt up north)
The little was ten years old and was heavily pregnant .the community thought she was going to die and the little was going bunkers because of the pregnancy but God really was on her side.A midwife fro the village saw her condition and personally took her in,took care of her and helped the girl till she put to bed.
She survived the birth!
